1) About conference program and presentation schedule:
a) All conference participants whose abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster representation will be notified individually by Topic Chair and will receive the presention schedule in a week.
b) Please review the general conference schedule (attached).
c) After arrival at Wuhan, all conference participants are recommended to register/report your attendance and pick up your conference schedule at the lobby of Wuhan Novotel Xinhua Hotel（武汉新华诺富特大饭店), 558# Jianshe Ave. Hankou, Wuhan 430022(武汉市建设大道558号), Tel:027-85551188. Overseas participants are recommended to report your attendance on site on Oct 15th. Participants from China can register on site either on Oct. 15 or before 12 noon on Oct. 16th.
2) About hotel and airport pick up for invited overseas conference speakers:
there will be a conference bus available for picking up at Wuhan Tian He airoport on Oct 15th (whole day). During the conference period (Oct 15 to 18th), you will be arranged to stay in Wuhan Novotel Xinhua Hotel（武汉新华诺富特大饭店), 558# Jianshe Ave. Hankou, Wuhan 430022(武汉市建设大道558号), Tel:027-85551188. Please check in at the designated hotel and obtain your conference package including information on your hotel room and meal tickets.
4) If you need assistance for making your domestic flight reservation, hotel reservation and city tours in China, please contact our conference travel partner, China International Travel Services in Wuhan<http://www.wuhcits.com/>

3) For oveaseas conference participants, please apply your visa to China as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Due to very high volume of visa application and the China National Day holiday, the present visa process is taking much longer than usual.
