GENERAL INFORMATION
- Airport transportation is available from Wuhan Tian He international airport to the conference venue by taxi. Further details will be given at the conference website.
- Daytime temperature in Wuhan in October is about 25 to 30ºC.
- Electricity voltage in China is 220 Volts, 50 Hz.
- Letters of invitation will be sent by the conference organizer.
- Visas are required to enter China. Participants are strongly advised to apply for the visa in their home country at least two months prior to departure. A letter of invitation to the conference to support your visa application will be available upon request.
- Conference registration will be available at the front desk in the lobby of a designated hotel from 8:00 to 18:00 on October 15th, 2009. Participants will receive a conference folder with a copy of the Conference Proceedings (abstracts) and tickets for the free hotel accommodation, welcome reception, conference banquet, meals, transportation, city tour and the conference related services. Accompanying persons who register will receive tickets for the welcome reception and the conference banquet.
- The currency unit in China is Chinese Yuan (RMB). Convertible foreign currency may be exchanged at the airport, and in hotels and banks, at the current daily exchange rate. 1 US dollar is approximately equivalent to 6.8 Yuan RMB in cash. Credit cards are accepted at the hotel.
- Travel arrangement: The Conference Organizing Committee has retained the China International Travel Services in Wuhan as the conference travel partner to provide overseas participants with China tour and flight reservation services.
